Discrete Manufacturing ERP Software

Moulders Consulting: Offering A Top-Quality Discrete Manufacturing ERP

At Moulders Consulting, we create custom discrete manufacturing MRP/ERP software specifically designed to meet the needs of manufacturers.

Our MRP/ERP systems were developed by manufacturing professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in various roles – including sales, marketing, operations, and management – to ensure our systems address all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Thanks to our team’s expertise, we’ve rolled out several leading ERP/MRP systems that have streamlined processes, improved operations, and delivered tangible results for our clients in the manufacturing sector.

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is key to manufacturing because it manages the resources needed to produce goods. MRP systems help ensure you have the right materials, at the right time, to keep production running smoothly.

Here are the six core steps that make MRP work:

Production Schedule Development: This is where the system determines how many products need to be made, based on customer demand and inventory levels. This schedule sets the pace for production.

Material Requirements: Once the production schedule is set, the system calculates what materials are needed to meet production goals, including a margin for waste.

Check Inventory: The system verifies if you have enough materials in stock to meet the schedule.

Generate Purchase Orders: If you don’t have enough materials, the system creates purchase orders for the needed resources. This step includes the quantity, delivery date, and other key details.

Track Progress: The system monitors the progress of any purchase orders, keeping an eye on delivery dates and any delays or issues.

Adjust The Plan: If there are changes in production or other factors, the system adjusts the schedule as needed to keep everything on track.

At Moulders Consulting, our MRP/ERP solutions are designed to adapt to your needs, helping you stay ahead of your rivals!
